Joel’s story

Joel is an autistic child born in 2014. He started to express his love for drawing at age of 4. Back then, he used to draw shapes in single color that did resemble his favorite characters, like Sunny Bunnies and Sponge Bob. As he is maturing in age, also his skills.

Joel has explored different media to express his art. Although his main media is drawing in paper with anything at hand, like: pencils, crayons, markers or a pen. He has also created watercolor paintings, paper collages and tri-dimensional models built in paper.

Now, he is also liking on creating videos with entertaining stories. For now, his stories are based on plushies visiting different places, like an amusement park, a touristic destination, or a nearby restaurant, where he uses his own voice for the dialogs. He has started his own YouTube channel named: joeXpert plushies with more fun.

He has grown his skills by practicing long hours in his desk, using pictures, drawings and videos as source of inspiration. At age of 9, his own style of drawing started to flourish. And is the reason for starting this site.

Joel’s story is still on the build. Hopefully he becomes a fine artist — Joel’s father
